Abstract

During this reporting period Peter Bremner conducted a series of grab samples from on and around the historic diggings. This was to indicate what metals if any were present in the old diggings. This analysis was for all base metals present and was conducted by North Australian laboratories based in Pine Creek. Results were encouraging, averaging approx 5.6 gmpt au. This was followed by drilling of three RC holes totalling 320 metres beneath the outcrop which indicated no mineralization beneath the old diggings which was disappointing and no gold detected using 0.5 gmpt as a cut off point. Only gold was tested for. Only shale and clay sediments were detected.
