Exploration Licence 29802 Bowgan Project Third Annual Report for the period 13th September 2015 to 12th September 2016

Abstract

The Bowgan project is located in the Barkly Tablelands region of Northern Territory, approximately 250 km northeast of the regional centre of Tennant Creek. The project consists of five exploration licences; EL 29082 (East Benmara), which abuts contiguous licences; EL's 24115/95 Bowgan amd Benmara, and EL 30281 Coanjula, plus EL 24196 Creswell Downs which is located further west. EL 29082 East Benmara is the subject of this report, with the other four EL's being reported separately. Exploration at the Bowgan project is currently targeting the potential occurrence of economic uranium, gold, base-metal mineralisation and diamond occurrences. Exploration work completed on EL 29802 (East Benmara) during the current reporting period included; commencement of geochronology program through Curtin University of Technology, completion of geological site reconnaissance to EL 29802, plus outcrops of the Westmoreland conglomerate and associated units in the China Wall area, location of a historical core yard on Benmara station and completion of an inspection of hole numbers and condition of the core samples contained. Research of historical datasets for holes located in this yard which were drilled on EL 29802 was also conducted during the reporting period.
