Report GR242 Exploration Licences 24115 and EL 24195 Bowgan Project Twelfth Annual Report for the period 13 October 2015 to 12 October 2016

Abstract

The Bowgan project is located in the Barkly Tablelands region of Northern Territory, approximately 250 km northeast of the regional centre of Tennant Creek. The project consists of five exploration licences; EL 24115 Bowgan and EL 24195 Benmara which are the subject of this report, plus EL 29802 East Benmara and EL 30281 Coanjula which are contiguous to EL's 24115, 24195 and EL 24196 Creswell Downs, located 100km further west south-west of the main tenement and are reported on separately. Exploration at the Bowgan project is currently targeting the potential occurrence of economic uranium, gold, base-metals and diamonds. Exploration work completed on EL's 24115 and 24195 during the current reporting period included; commencement of geochronology program via Curtin University of Technology and completion of geological site reconnaissance and rock chip sampling for geochronology program, completion of geological reconnaissance of Westmoreland conglomerate and associated units in the China Wall area, locating the core yard on Benmara station and inspection of historical core samples, research of GENEX dataset for historical holes drilled on EL 24115 and EL 24195, completion of re-interpretation of Bowgan project geology and the generation of power-point presentation for promotion of geochronology program to NTGS and other parties. Field work is on-going for EL's 24115 and 24195, with a focus to further exploration of a number of targets with the aim of designing a program of first-pass drilling.
