GR364 EL 30040, EL 30205 Kurundi Project Annual Technical Report for the period 17 July 2015 to 16 July 2016

Abstract

The Kurundi project comprises four exploration licences; 30040, 30205, 30468 and 30664 which are held by the Kurundi Group. The project area hosts part of the historic Kurundi goldfield and is located in the Davenport Province, located in the central part of the Northern Territory. EL 30040 was granted on 24 April 2014, EL 30205 was granted on 17 July 2014. Exploration for the reporting period had focussed on the south-eastern portion of the Kurundi Dome around gold and base metal occurrences at the Six Holes, Three Holes, One Hole, Ray's Find, Andy's Find and Kevin's Find prospects. A total of 70.7 line kilometres of ground magnetics were completed and a review of aerial survey imagery for the tenement area followed by reconnaissance field mapping. A gravity surveying program comprising 457 stations was conducted by Atlas Geophysical. Consulting reports describing the results of each programme were completed. Following interpretation of the field work completed during this reporting period, a program of ground-based geophysics currently planned for EL's 30040 and 30205 with exploration drilling proposed in the Ray's Find target area.
