The 2015 Reward program was constructed around two primary goals: (a) increasing the understanding of the mineralised Teena basin (predominantly through targeted drilling) with respect to grade continuity and higher grade limits at the margins, and (b) the identification of- and progression of- residual prospects, with an aim of defining and testing the potential for the project to host additional resources of Zn-Pb mineralisation. To commence the advancement of the residual prospects, a field mapping campaign was completed during Q2 focused on confirming historical stratigraphic boundaries, identifying key facies variations and confirming presence and kinematics of structures in the core of the project area, which includes the three priority prospects: Barney Creek, Buffalo Lagoon, and Reward West. Re-logging of historical holes was completed early in Q2, determining stratigraphic units, and identifying key facies variations. This was useful in identifying depositional environments favourable to mineralised basins. Two extensive soil sampling campaigns were completed during the year. The first was a 712 sample survey which predominantly covered the Barney Creek, Reward West, and Buffalo Lagoon prospects. Results were evaluated with respect to pathfinder elemental associations, Zn-Pb, and Zn-Pb-As-Sb anomalism, to aid in determination of the prospectivity of each target. The second survey was restricted to 257 samples over the Surprise Creek prospect, where Pb-isotope ratios were also used to differentiate between Proterozoic Pb (associated with mineralisation) and other Pb generations identified in anomalous samples. Multiple geophysical surveys were executed over the course of the field season. A 12km north-south seismic line over Teena, parallel to the eastern tenement boundary, aimed at identifying the structural architecture of the Teena Basin and surrounds. An AMT line mirrored part of the seismic line to provide insight into its viability as an exploration tool for the residual prospects. A series of EM surveys (both fixed- and moving-loop) were employed at the most advanced prospects - Barney Creek, Buffalo Lagoon, and Reward West as a primary tool to detect massive sulphide mineralisation in these basins. Issues with data collection discovered in Q4 resulted in very little interpretation of this data, and surveys are now scheduled to be re-shot during Q2 of 2016. A ground gravity survey was completed over the Surprise Creek prospect to provide full coverage over the project areas. At the Teena prospect, drilling took place between July and October. Four holes were drilled for a total of 4948m, and aimed at understanding continuity of mineralisation; both in the keel position and toward the margins, and further contributing to the understanding of basin architecture, mineralisation, alteration and lithology. Mineralisation was intercepted in all holes yielding the highest grade and thickest intercept on the project to date. Downhole wireline logs were recorded of all holes drilled between 2013 and 2015. Unfortunately several issues combined to limit results; the majority of holes were blocked, (some above prospective stratigraphy), and significant disparities were noted between the contractor's gyroscope readings and down-hole survey readings taken by the drill crew. With processing unable to reconcile these differences surveys are scheduled to be re-surveyed once access is available in Q2 2016.en_US
