Abstract: Northern Cement Limited (hereinafter referred to as Northern Cement) operates a limestone crushing facility at Elsey Station, 30 kms from Mataranka Town. Mineral Claims N674, 685, 2548 to 2552 and 2574, and Mineral Leases 30212, and 30213 are used for mining purposes only, and as such, no exploration work has been carried out on these claims during this period. All the tenements were purchased by Northern Cement Ltd from Blake investments in March 1990 to supply limestone for the quicklime kilns at Mataranka. ML 30212 and 30213 - During the 2015 reporting year, there were no quarrying activities within these Mineral Leases. These tenements are Mineral Leases located on the Mataranka Home stead road near the town of Mataranka. These tenements are held as future limestone reserves in case of major flooding which sometimes occurs between the Lime plant and the other operational tenements to the east of Elsey Station. MCN 674, 685, 2548, 2549, 2550, 2552, and 2574; during the 2015 reporting year, there were quarrying activities within these Mineral Claims. These tenements are part of 8 adjoining Mineral Claims located on the Elsey Station access road, 30kms east of Mataranka. These tenements are held as future limestone reserves for the lime manufacturing operations at Mataranka. Details of will be reported in the production report.
