Abstract: During the current reporting period, AAPA clearances for 2015 tracks, survey lines and drill pads were granted on 2nd September 2015. Mining Management and SHEC Management Plans were approved and earthworks clearances were obtained for the Rosie Creek, Mount Young and Sawtooth areas. Compilation of drilling data from historical open file annual reports has been ongoing to assist with exploration targeting within the McArthur Basin. Data has been extracted and is in the process of being loaded into the MMG database. A total of 12 diamond drillholes drilled between 1981 and 2012, including historical holes held at the NTGS and some from the Sandfire core-yard in Howard Springs were sampled for whole rock geochemistry. Drill core was reviewed to assist with stratigraphic interpretation and drill targeting. A surface geochemical sampling program including 379 stream sediment, 238 soil and 9 rock chip samples was completed. Pb isotope analysis was undertaken on one rock chip sample. One failed water bore and one successful water bore were drilled in the Sawtooth area in July to provide water for the planned drilling program. Diamond drilling was carried out at the Leila Creek, Yalco East, Sawtooth, Rosie Creek and Mt Young prospects with a total of 9 holes completed during the period. NBDD001-NBDD003 and NBDD008 were completed in October 2014 and NBDD009-NBDD013 were completed in 2015. A number of shale units were intersected but none were significantly mineralised. A Natural Source Audio Magnetotellurics (NSAMT) survey was commenced in early September 2015 in the Rosie Creek, Mt Young and Uncle Fester areas. The NSAMT survey was still in progress at the end of the reporting period. MMG is a recipient of CORE funding for the NSAMT survey and a report on the survey will be submitted to the NTGS prior to December 1st 2015.
