Abstract: Exploration title EL 29699 was granted to AU EXPLORATION PTY LTD on 11 July 2013. The title area is located within the well-know Bynoe Pegmatite Field with more than one hundred tin, tantalum and niobium mineralisation occurrences or old mines. Within the Bynoe pegmatite field, pegmatites typically occur in clusters or groups that presumably are associated with discrete shallow-level granite apophyses. Six pegmatite groups are recognised in the Bynoe field. From north to south, these are referred to as Captains Table, Observation Hill, Leviathan, River Annie, Walkers Creek and Labelle. The title area is located in the northern Captains Table pegmatite group and its adjacent area. During this second year period between 11 July 2014 and 10 July 2015, an obviously economic slowdown is present, especially in the Australian mining industry. Au Exploration Pty Ltd has also encountered difficulty raising funds for its exploration. After contacting a number of companies in an effort to raise funds, interest has been expressed by a mining company in Beijing. A field reconnaissance has been carried out with the general manager, chief and senior geologists from the company. After the field visit, interest has been expressed by the company for co-operation in exploration for tin, tantalum and niobium mineralisation's associated with pegmatite in the area. A further field investigation has been carried out with radon measurement to target large pegmatites or massive greisen mineralisation underneath, as this technique has been successfully demonstrated in an Nb-Ta-Sn deposit in China. Unfortunately, the field investigation ended due to a problem with the radon analyser which would not clear the radon in the instrument after testing spots with high value radon. It resulted in the next samples being overprinted by the radon within in the instrument and the data not being of true value. A further investigation has been planned in the next exploration period.
