Abstract: This is the First Annual Technical Report for ML 29584, which covers Sherwin's largest iron oxide resource called Deposit C. ML 29584, adjoins the Roper River Iron Ore Project as defined by an amalgamation of Sherwin's Exploration Licences, reported under separate Project authorization. This report summarises technical activity conducted on the ML tenement since grant on 8th July 2014 to 7th July 2015. It is a very short report as there has been virtually no exploration data collection on the tenement during this period. Prior to ML grant the area had been subject to an exploration bulk sample extraction operation of DSO grade iron oxide, trucked to Darwin and shipped to China under an Exploration MMP Authorisation. This was carried out within the underlying exploration licence EL 24101. That operation was completed in June 2014, prior to ML grant, and was reported in the Roper River Iron Ore Project Group Third Group Annual Report in March 2015. In late Jun / early July 2014, an aerial photographic survey by Aerometrex Ltd was completed. The survey covered this ML area and extended to Mt Scott Exploration Prospect. Such a broad survey was seen to provide an excellent reference for detailed needs in any future mining operation. No further exploration activity, including any field data collection was conducted on the ML during the reporting period. On 10 July 2014, the Directors of Sherwin Iron appointed voluntary administrators, and the secured creditor appointed Janna Robertson and Scott Kershaw as receivers.
