Title: | Annual Report ML 30322 Verdot 8 July 2014 to 7 July 2015 |
Title Holder / Company: | Santexco Emmerson Resources |
Report id: | CR2015-0498 |
Tenure: | ML30322 |
Year: | 2015 |
Author: | Walters, A |
Abstract: | During the reporting period no exploration activities were conducted due to corporate reasons, which entailed the seeking of a Joint Venture (JV) Partner or further funds to continue exploration in the Tennant Creek area and more specifically ML 30322. Emmerson succeeded in securing Evolution as a Joint Venture Partner who has committed to spend $25M over the next 5 years. Following the formation of this JV, Emmerson has commenced exploration activities and will evaluate the prospectivity and then rank work for the title as per its prospectivity in comparison to the other 476 titles Emmerson explores in Tennant Creek. The title lies at the termination of a significant splay from the southern Shear Zone and contains a number of historical workings nearby, such as Wheal Doria, Big Ben and Peter Pan. As can be seen in figures 2 & 3 the Verdot group of titles contains a number of small VRMI anomalies and a significant gravity anomaly immediately to the south, that warrant detailed review. |
