dc.description.abstractDuring the reporting period of the EL 26555 2018 Annual Report, a technical review of the prospectivity for manganese and iron ore mineralisation concluded that the focus be on the known iron ore mineralisation at the Hell's Gate prospect area. This review considered the manganese prospectivity study by Barrie Bolton Consulting Pty Ltd during 2011, and Sandfire's geological mapping and sampling followed by the 2013 RC drilling programme detailed in the respective annual reports and shown in Figure 4-1. This led to the partial relinquishment of 88 blocks from the tenement area on 22 August 2018, reported in (Wynne and Reid, 2018).
