| Abstract: | The Mt Romance Project comprises of Exploration Licence 30280 (the licence). The licence is located approximately 100km south east of Darwin, and approximately 17km south of the Bark Hut Inn, and has an area of 295.53 sq kms. The licence sits within the highly prospective Pine Creek Orogen. The area is known to host various commodities, which includes gold, uranium, base metals, PGE, iron ore, manganese, magnesite, phosphate and diamonds. On 4 September 2020, Mt Romance (NT) Pty Ltd (Mt Romance) relinquished 1 block of the licence to enable set up of a wash plant within the area. Since grant, Mt Romance has conducted general reconnaissance and gold panning within the area. Four costeans were excavated within the relinquished block during 2019. Nil data has been collected for submission to the Department. |
