Group Annual Report Farrands Hill Project GR183/11 EL 9843 and EL 22061 from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014

Abstract

Exploration Licences 9843 and 22061 were acquired by Tanami NT Pty Ltd (TNT), from Otter Gold Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Newmont Asia Pacific (Newmont) on 30 March 2010. TNT, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanami Gold NL, is exploring the tenements for gold mineralisation. The tenements are located approximately 18 km northwest of the Rabbit Flat Roadhouse. No on-ground exploration was undertaken during the reporting period. Planning of RAB drilling and reconnaissance surface sampling programs was undertaken. With the recently announce JV on Central Tanami Projects with Northern Star Resource a complete project review is scheduled for early 2015 with a commitment by the incoming parties to fund all exploration covenants. In additional in 2014 the CLC informed Tanami Gold NL that the existing exclusion zones for EL 9843 are to be expanded significantly, covering the majority of this tenement. Once the implications of this change have been understood in a technical prospectively sense the company will review its position on EL 9843.
