First Annual Report ML 29042 Ancillay 22 September 2013 to 21 September 2014

Abstract

A large resource of Ilmenite was defined by pan concentrate sampling and auger drilling over the area prior to grant of ML 27422 and a processing plant and camp were constructed. Unfortunately, the initial survey of the site was not used and these facilities were subsequently placed outside ML 27422. ML 29042 (Ancillary) was applied for and subsequently granted to accommodate this error. No direct exploration or mining activity has been conducted on ML 29042 within the current reporting period. The focus has been on further resource based exploration and identifying and rectifying issues associated with the processing plant. The processing of heavy minerals on ML 29042 was suspended along with mining on ML 27422 in July 2013 to address issues. These included water quantity and availability, along with the silica content of the mined, processed, and produced end product.
