Combined Annual Report for the Western Project Area GR056/09, 16 May 2013 to 15 May 2014

Abstract

During the reporting period exploration activities have been extremely limited within the WPA. Exploration has been confined to desktop studies of the Mineral Claims and Leases in the WPA, the work conducted forms part of a detailed review aimed to compile a report to enable a determination on the correct transition of the ML's and MC's to comply with the new Mineral Titles Act. Although the ML's and MC's are reported separate to any overlying EL the historical exploration conducted over the ML's and MC's usually is conducted on a larger than the target zone scale and therefore within a greater EL area. To this point the detailed review consisted of data compilation and validation. No Exploration was conducted by Emmerson anywhere in the Tennant Creek Mineral Field during the reporting period as staff numbers were reduced and activities placed on hold as Emmerson placed all efforts towards securing further funding and or a Joint Venture partner. Emmerson finally secured a Joint Venture partner during June 2014, with Exploration for the coming field season (2014 field season) to commence in July 2014.
