Abstract

Primary Gold assumed exploration responsibility for the Mount Bundy Project in late February 2013 from CGAO, undertaking only reconnaissance field work and data review during the remaining reporting period. Up until the sale to PGO the previous holders, CGAO, continued and finalised the compilation of historic data and competed a geological review of the project in preparation for the sale. No work was undertaken by Rum Jungle Resources (formerly Rum Jungle Uranium) on the tenements the subject of the Tom's Gully Uranium Exploration Agreement during the reporting year. After a review of the historic data for the Mount Bundy Project the principle focus for Primary Gold for the reporting period became to complete a Feasibility Study into the re-opening of the Tom's Gully Underground Mining Operation, contained within the Mount Bundy Project. It is PGO's aim to re-commence mining at Toms Gully in 2014 and to develop further ore sources from the surrounding exploration tenements, the subject of this report, during the short mine life at Tom's Gully. During the reporting period PGO also moved to simplify the tenement situation at Mount Bundy. On completion of the sale from CGAO the Mount Bundy Project consisted of 16 exploration licenses transferred from CGAO and 8 exploration licenses granted to Primary Gold Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Primary Minerals Ltd). The tenement package also included numerous AGD-GDA datum shift slivers and various irregular blocks presumably arising from the difference between graticular and non-graticular applications. To simplify the tenure situation PGO has applied for all un-tenemented slivers within the Mount Bundy Project and at the time of writing has a con-current application with the DME to amalgamate the 24 licenses into 2.
