Tomkinson Project Annual and Surrender Report 20 January 2015 to 19 January 2020 EL 30348

Abstract

EL 30348 forms part of the Tomkinson Project area located in the Northern Territory approximately 10-20 km to the NW of the historical Bootu Creek manganese deposits and 100 km NW of Tennant Creek. The licence was granted to Enigma Mining Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of TNG Ltd (TNG) on 20/01/2015. A demerger of exploration assets in April 2017 resulted in the licence being transferred to newly ASX-listed company Todd River Resources (under subsidiary company Todd River Metals Pty Ltd - TRM). The licence was applied for to explore for correlatives of the McArthur Group (McArthur River mine 'lookalikes') within the Tomkinson Province. Limited on-ground work was completed during the period of tenure. Literature review of historical exploration was completed during the first year and a field trip completed as part of an NTGS survey in mid-2016. Additional data compilation was completed in the third year of tenure and reprocessing of geophysical SKYTEM data was undertaken by CSIRO in 2018. Exploration licence 30348 has been relinquished at the end of its fifth year of tenure. Work by the NTGS resulting in the Nammerini Group being realigned in the stratigraphy with the younger Favenc Package has meant that the success in finding McArthur River mine-type deposits within the tenure are unlikely.
