Annual Report EL 28644 period 2 November 2012 to 1 November 2013 Winnecke Project

Abstract

EL 28644 forms part of FSL Corporation Pty Ltd's Winnecke Project which consists of 3 granted exploration licences (EL 26978, EL 26981, EL 26844) covering 2,651 km2 in the Wave Hill / Winnecke Creek area of the Northern Territory, see figure 2. The area is considered to be prospective for phosphate mineralisation. FSL Corporation Pty Ltd entered into a sale Agreement with Fertoz Limited to purchase EL 28644 along with two other Licences and ten Licence Applications. The others were EL 26978, EL 26981, ELA 28476, ELA 28478, ELA 28479, ELA 28480, ELA 28482, ELA 28483, ELA 28484, ELA 28642, ELA 28643, and ELA 28645. The sale process was completed on 18 October 2013. FSL Corporation is yet to carry out any exploration on its recently acquired tenements.
