On 20th November 2018, MMG was granted exploration tenement EL 31807 in the Beetaloo Sub-basin east region. This tenement along with 7 others were granted to form the Beetaloo Rim project. In 2019, MMG reviewed its exploration strategy resulting in the decision to not continue with its greenfields exploration program. As a result, a decision was made to relinquish all tenements that comprised the Beetaloo Rim project, including tenement EL 31807.
