During the year under review further helicopter supported ground prospecting activities were undertaken in areas of inaccessible terrain. An application was made to NTGS for a subsidy under the Drilling and Geophysical Collaboration Program to undertake a VTEM Survey over the Edward's Creek and Harry's Creek Prospects but the application was unsuccessful. Consequently the Company financed a VTEM Survey with contractors Skytem Australia Pty Ltd. 111.6 line kilometres were flown at a terrain clearance of 45M and a line spacing of 100 meters using a Squirrel AS350 B3 Helicopter Rego VH-HBB. Both VTEM and magnetic data were collected and processed. At Edward's Creek a strong conductor increasing with depth was pinpointed down dip from the gossan outcrop previously shallow drilled by CRA with some significant base metal values. This now presents an immediate drilling target. At Harry's Creek, the VTEM signal was not particularly responsive and ground interference was also present, however, the magnetics gave a clearly defined image over the gossan outcrop and also revealing two look alike en echelon magnetic anomalies further east, under cover, that present as shallow geochemical RAB drilling targets.
