Annual and Final Surrender Report for the period ending 2011-2012

Abstract

Operator Derek Dixon and Phillip Johns have held (5) tenements MCN 2399 to MCN 2403 since 2003. In 2012 the claims were identified as a non-compliant existing interest and according to section 24 of the Minerals Titles Act were reviewed. Under the provisions of regulation138, and surrender of afore mentioned MCNs, issue of Mineral Lease 29769 took effect from 14 January 2013 for a term of (5) years. To date mining activity has been limited to alluvial gold prospecting, using surface detection techniques to unrecorded localised targets to a depth of approximately one meter. Returns warrant further work.
