Abstract: Following the cessation of mining activities in 2008 the Company has retained the project leases ML's S150 and S151 for both exploration (MLS 150) aggregate recovery purposes and for recommencement of mining operations in the event of a significant rise in the gold price. North Concrete NT Pty Ltd continues to have access to the MLS site for removal of tailings, sand and mullock over which they hold ownership certain rights. However, North Concrete NT Pty Ltd advise that it has not removed any of these materials during the 2012-2013 annual period. Intermin is currently discussing commercial arrangements related to the sale and removal of (-20mm) heap leach scats (-20mm) and +20mm mullock from the lease with North Concrete and a number of other parties. Arrangements entered into in respect of these materials will impact on final rehabilitation measures to be undertaken in the short term. In 2009, the Company conducted an airborne EM survey aimed at defining any bedrock conductors if such existed at White Range. Results were not encouraging. No exploration was carried out during the 2012-2013 annual period. With the recent increase in the gold price, Intermin Resources Ltd has commenced a review of the resources and potential for re-opening of the White Range mine. MLS 151 covers a pipeline connecting to MLS 150 and it is purely an ancillary lease.
