Abstract: EL 31783 (Narwietooma One Project) is located approximately 155 km west of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. EL 31783 is just north of the Kintore Road off the Tanami Road out of Alice Springs. The Exploration Licence is part of the Arunta Region known as the Aileron Province and is underlain by the Palaeoproterozoic Strangways Metamorphic Complex (Felsic/mafic gneiss, metavolcanics, metapelites) intruded by mafic Intrusives and overlain by Palaeoproterozoic the Narwietooma Metamorphic Complex. Most of the region is overlain by Tertiary and Quaternary sediments. The Narwietooma One project area has been the centre of several exploration programmes since the early 1970s through to current. Uranium, gold and Rare Earth Elements have been explored for. Exploration activities conducted by Scriven Exploration during the first year of tenure included a literature review and a surface sample survey combined with planning. Some 315 surface samples were taken with three results above background. A partial surrender letter for EL 31783 was lodged with the DME on the 9th of September 2019.
