Abstract

Aard Metals is an emerging iron ore exploration and development company and as such is a newcomer into the market with the Warrego project expected to be the first operational project for the company. The company expects to continue exploration for, and development of, Iron Ore, Copper and Gold projects throughout Australia and Iron Ore product from its operations will be marketed largely in China. The Warrego Tailings Project is located 50km northwest of Tennant Creek and has six granted Mining Lease Claims that are covered by group reporting status (GR197). This report covers the activities for the period ending 31 December 2012 for Mining Lease Claim numbers as per the table below.
