EL 23437 Castlemaine Year 9 Annual Report for the period 30 December 2011 to 29 December 2012

Abstract

Compass Resources is exploring in the Batchelor area for oxide and sulphide basemetal deposits and uranium. During the reporting period, Compass directed the Geophysical contractors to undertake a detailed airborne FALCON gravity survey (and associated LIDAR survey) covering all tenements (including EL 23437) in the Batchelor district. However due to a heavy workload and mechanical issues with the support aircraft the survey was actually flown in late December 2012 (flying completed on 27 December 2012). Preliminary processed data is expected in early February 2013 with final data in March 2013. As soon as the final data is received and processed by our consultant geophysicist it will be forwarded to the NT Mines Department.
