During the reporting period no mineral sand exploration work was completed on the ML because it is considered to be exhausted following the completion of mining in October 2010. No further exploration is required to define mineralised zones. Work in the ML during the period 5 December 2011 to 4 December 2012 was focussed on rehabilitation and primarily consisted of weed control and a rehabilitation area boundary survey. It is recommended plantings of tree seedlings to increase the species diversity are conducted in the next period. Suitable species are expected to be sourced from the Milikapati Nursery on Melville Island.en_US
