The magnetic basement surface appears to correlate with the Proterozoic surface detected by the seismic survey. An intrusive composition is suggested for the basement such as granite or related materials. The aeromagnetic survey was carried out as a reconnaissance to obtain magnetic information of a regional nature.en_US
