Annual Report 2011 to 2012 ML 25205 SunJade Project

Abstract

As a result of enquiries for prehnite from China a team was sent to collect for 2 months. In October, 2011, Linna Pauley was contacted by some Chinese investors and they requested to be taken to see ML 25205 and EL 28125. A three week trip was planned and the Department was notified with a view to having a meeting on site. Due to unforeseen circumstances the Department was unable to make the trip so a meeting was arranged with Gerald and Linna Pauley at the Department Office in Darwin. The investors were impressed with the size of the area and later confirmed that they were interested in investing. However, nothing has been resolved and negotiations are continuing.
