Annual Report MLN 13, MLN 1130, MCN 317, MCN 523, MCN 1054, MCN 1055, MCN 4072, MCN 4074 Pine Creek group Year ending 15 March 2012

Abstract

During the past year Crocodile Gold reviewed all historic and current resources for the Pine Creek area for inclusion in the technical report on Mineral Resources and Reserves. This required no actual on ground work as all required information was available from previous owners. Other activities during the year included the creation of the Data Review database for all Crocodile Gold Properties. This was conducted by Mercator Geological Services in Halifax Nova Scotia. Crocodile Gold provided the team of Geologist's and GIS specialists with scanned reports and maps, digital data and other forms of GIS data which has been included into a geospatial GIS and access dataset. Crocodile Gold has now taken ownership of this database and have stated using it for target generation and review, it has been used to highlight areas requiring further on ground work such as the areas around Kohinor and Bashi Bazook. The other main activity for this group of tenements has been the application to recommence mining activities at the International Pit. Crocodile Gold as submitted to the Department of Resources a Notice of Intent to mine this area and a Mine Management Plan (MMP) which is with the department for review and comment. Included in this MMP has been an application to drill around and underneath the International and Gandy's deposits located on MLN 1130. To date this MMP application has not been approved meaning the drilling could not be completed.
