The tenement group is in the Tennant Creek Mineral field and is prospective for epigenetic structurally controlled ironstone related gold copper mineralization. TRM continued to explore for gold and copper within the Ewan Edward Project Group of Tenements During the 2011 drilling season 51 RAB holes (11HERB029 to HERB079) were drilled at Hera Prospect (SEL27731) for 2673m between the 8th August 2011 to 21st August 2011. Drill holes 11HERB029 to 1HERB075 were drilled along an east west trending line. The drilling intersected a sequence of deeply weathered siltstones and sandstone often covered by 2m to 3m of coluvial iron rich quartz sands and clays. Sandy quartz rich units of weathered Felsic porphyry units were encountered near the centre part of the line. The sequence appears to be moderately dipping (~40degrees) to the west. No iron stone lenses were intersected. Several 2m to 3m wide zones of massive and stringer quartz veins were encountered through the middle and western half of the drill line. Spear samples were collected routinely from the bottom of each hole. Where present zones of quartz veining were sampled at one metre intervals. Three hundred and twenty two (322) samples were collected for assaying.en_US
