Abstract

ABM explored the tenement for the potential of gold mineralisation. Over the first seven years of tenure exploration was completed by ATH. It included drilling and surface sampling programs, geophysical surveys, petrology investigation regional structural mapping. Over the last two years of tenure exploration was completed by ABM. It included drilling and surface sampling programs, surface geochemical orientation studies, petrology investigation, prospect geological, mapping and a resource estimate. The numerous and very significantly anomalous results returned gave rise to a maiden resource estimate and encouraged ABM to a major exploration campaign in the last year of tenure. At the Buccaneer Porphyry prospect the resource estimation by SRK Consulting (Australasia) Pty Ltd classified and estimated the gold mineralisation as an inferred resource of 65.8 million tonnes grading 0.79g/t gold for a total 1.67 million ounces of gold when using a 0.2g/t cut-off.
