dc.description.abstract | A fourth year program of regional pegmatite delineation through detailed analysis /interpretation of acquired large scale Google Earth Images was undertaken subsequently identifying over 1000 potentially lithium mineralised pegmatites none of which have been analysed and/or prospected for (1) lithium and (2) amblygonite-spodumene-lepidolite mineralisation. Historic mica mining within these pegmatites attest to significant widths/volumes of potentially lithium mineralised pegmatitic material whose mineralogy and zoning is characteristic of LCT (lithium-cesium-tantalum)-bearing pegmatites of which to date none have been prospected, sampled or analysed for lithium content. | en_US |
