The Weaber gas field is located in the onshore part of the Bonaparte Basin of northwestern Northern Territory (see Figure 1) approximately 60 kilometres north of Kununurra. The Weaber gas reservoirs occur at depths of 1200-1400 metres (SSea). A geological review of the Weaber Field was carried out (late 1990) which resulted in a recorrelation between Weaber #1 and Weaber #2A. Consequently, a petrophysical review of the sands in Weaber #2A was carried out.en_US
