Evidence indicating whether early Palaeozoic rocks are present or absent at depth below Mesozoic beds was not found. It is expected that the strong regional trend of the basement high would persist below at least the western part of the permit. This report presents results of a survey made by Mines Administration of OP 42, which is held by Flamingo Petroleum. The survey was made during the period 18th to 24th August, 1960.en_US
