Title: EL 24196 Bowgan Project Seventh annual report for the period 8 December 2010 to 7 December 2011

Abstract: Exploration activity during the current reporting period included completion of a geological reconnaissance trip, preparation and dispatch of 342 biogeochemical (Mitchell grass) samples for analysis and interpretation of geophysical and assay data. Limited interpretation of magnetic surveys form 2010 has confirmed the presence of magnetic anomalies at a depth greater than 200m at two targets however, recent modelling also indicated a much greater depth (down to 500m+) was plausible, with drill testing being required to confirm this. No suitable conductor units or lithology that may represent a potential redox site has been identified at shallow depth by exploration completed to date on EL 24196. A number of potential anomalies have been interpreted from the biogeochemical program, with further interpretation of data currently being recommended during the next reporting period.
