ERL 125, MCN 984, MLN 1157, MLN 1158, MLN 1159, MLN 1161 Mount Fitch Annual report from 23 August 2010 to 22 August 2011

Abstract

During the 2011 reporting period 205 line km of heliborne electromagnetic and magnetic surveys (XTEM) were carried out over ERL 125 and ML's N1157, N1158, N1159 and N1161. A gravity survey was also carried out consisting of 55 stations in total. There were no stations located on MCN 984. The gravity was designed to infill existing surveys and the XTEM was flown at 100m line spacings to give a very high resolution survey. This data has been submitted on disc to the Department following some significant data acquisition problems which had to be overcome. Preliminary geophysical modelling has been carried out on this ERL and the ML's we are hoping to continue with this to generate anomalies worthy of follow up during the next reporting period.
