dc.description.abstractThe SEL 23661 'Wilson' is located approximately 600km NW of Alice Spring near the border to Western Australia (Figure 1). SEL 23661 forms part of the ABM's Bonanza Project that currently compromises a total of 17 tenements. All tenements are registered to Australian Tenement Holdings Pty Ltd (ATH), a previously wholly owned subsidiary of Newmont Asia Pacific (Newmont), a publicly listed company. In December 2009, ABM Resources NL (ABM) purchased ATH. ABM explores the tenement for the potential of gold mineralisation. Exploration during the reporting period comprised RC drilling at the Old Pirate and Buccaneer prospect and surface sampling and mapping at the Old Pirate prospect.en_US
