Combined annual report EL 8602, EL 22178, EL 22848, EL 22850, EL 23208, EL 24344, EL 24436, EL 24437 Bonanza Project from 16 November 2009 to 15 November 2010

Abstract

The Bonanza Project is located approximately 820km NW of Alice Spring near the border to Western Australia. EL 8602, 22178, 22848, 22850, 23208, 24344, 24436, and 24437 form a subgroup which is part of the ABM's Bonanza Project that currently compromises a total of 17 tenements. All tenements are registered to Australian Tenement Holdings Pty Ltd (ATH), a wholly owned subsidiary of ABM Resources NL, a publicly listed company. In December 2009, ABM Resources NL (ABM) purchased ATH. ABM explores the tenement for the potential of gold mineralisation. Due to the change of ownership neither ATH nor ABM conducted any field exploration on the tenement during the reporting period. ABM reviewed and evaluated the exploration potential of the area but no on-ground exploration was conducted.
