EL 24115 and EL 24195 Bowgan Project Sixth annual report for the period 13 October 2009 to 12 October 2010

Abstract

The Bowgan Project is located in the Barkly Tablelands region of Northern Territory, approximately 250 km northeast of the regional centre of Tennant Creek. The Project consists of two contiguous exploration licences; EL 24115 Bowgan and EL 24195 Benmara. A third exploration licence; EL 24196 Creswell Downs is located southwest of the other two licences and is reported on separately. Exploration at the Bowgan Project is currently targeting the potential occurrence of economic Uranium, gold and base-metal mineralisation. Exploration activity during the current reporting period included completion of 205.17 line-kilometres of magnetic surveying (on-foot), with preliminary lithological, regolith and vegetation mapping being completed concurrently during magnetic surveying. Data collation, processing and interpretation are currently ongoing. A preliminary review of exploration data conducted to date has confirmed the presence of shallow magnetic anomalies within some of the nineteen target areas that represent good potential in terms of future exploration at the Bowgan Project.
