Abstract

Excalibur Mining Corporation Ltd has continued the work from last year, with an extensive data compilation and field exploration program being completed over these tenements. Defining and expanding the current orebodys at Rising Sun, Weabers Find, NM4, NM5, NM6, and adjacent tailings dams continue to be Excalibur's main thrust of interest on these tenements. Further RC drilling (193 RC drill holes for 9299m) was carried out to test the above prospects. After receiving additional hardcopy project data, new light was shed on the database and greater confidence was placed on the data we had though validation of this information continues to date. Additional to drilling activities, various surveys were conducted to give highly accurate positioning of drill holes and other points of interest. Drill holes were down-hole wire-line surveyed with gryo-compass equipment to give hole trajectories. Finally re-examination of historical diamond core continues to supplement the validation process and will continue to be one of Excalibur's main information assests.
