Annual Report on EL 24281 and EL 25230 Charley Creek NT 9 November 2006 to 6 March 2008

Abstract

The Charley Creek Project area (EL's 24281 & 25230) is located 120kms west northwest of Alice Springs south of the Tanami Road and centred about 32 kms south-west of Milton Park Homestead. The project area is held by Crossland Nickel Pty Ltd and is considered prospective for copper, nickel, platinum and uranium. EL 24281 was granted on 07/02/2005 and EL 25230 was granted on 09/11/2006. Thus prior to this year all work was limited to the area of EL 24281. Previous work on Charley Creek Project (EL 24281) has consisted of:

- A literature search of previous exploration over the EL and surrounding areas

- Data compilation

- Acquisition and interpretation of NTGS geological and airborne geophysical data sets

- A search of the sacred sites register

- Field reconnaissance during June 2006

- Helicopter reconnaissance over the tenement and assessment for uranium and nickel prospectivity during August 2006

- Negotiation of an Access Agreement with the Central Land Council for ongoing exploration of the this and neighbouring lease

- Planning and budgeting for next phase of exploration

Field work completed during the 2006-2007 reporting period was an Airborne EM survey that covered all of EL 24281 and just under half of EL 25230.
