Author: | Melville, P |
Abstract: | EL 28154 was granted to Crossland Nickel Pty Ltd on 20 April 2011 for a period of 6 years. The granted licence consisted of 76 blocks and had not undergone any reduction prior to a department-imposed penalty cancellation in late 2015. Prior to surrender, the licence in conjunction with eight (8) others, was wholly owned by Crossland Nickel and part of Group Reporting GR086/09. Work conducted on the licence consisted of regional stream sediment sampling in 2011 and a full coverage airborne Mag-Rad survey in late 2012. As the company's focus is purely alluvial-hosted REE mineralisation, the 'hard-rock' environment that this licence represents has no potential for a resource. |
