Annual report EL 25335 Part Dorisvale Project 28 March 2007 to 27 March 2008

Abstract

Sipa applied for three Exploration Licences in April 2006 to cover the southeasterly strike extensions of 'Uranium Channel' anomalies detected whilst reprocessing in-house public domain Northern Territory radiometric data sets. In particular, several linear U-Channel anomalies were outlined in ELA 25303, immediately to the northwest of ELA 25335. ELA's 25303 and 25299 had been previously applied for by Mr David Zohar and Sipa entered into an Option and Farm-in Agreement with Mr Zohar on 9 June 2006. ELA 25303, which contains the main U-Channel anomalies of interest lies within the Upper Daly Aboriginal Land Trust. A first meeting was held with Traditional Owners, Northern Land Council and Department of Regional Development, Primary Industry, Fisheries and Resources representatives at Kybrook Farm on May 29 2008 to progress land access for ELA 25303. That meeting recommended that negotiations for exploration access should proceed. A subsequent meeting was held at the Department of Regional Development, Primary Industries, Fisheries and Resources on June 17 2008 with Department and Northern Land Council personnel to examine the possibility of gaining access for purposes of Survey and Reconnoitre, as allowed under Section 11 of the Act. Further discussions with the Northern Land Council has resulted in an Agreement for Sipa to undertake several days of geological reconnoitre, along with nominated Traditional Owners, before the end of 2008. This survey is presently planned for late September.
