Bridging report to cover exploration activities over MCC 313 and MCC 314 1 January 2001 to 31 October 2007

Abstract

Mineral Claims 313 & 314, Pedro (formerly Explorer 71), were acquired by Santexco Pty Ltd (Santexco) to search for Tennant Creek style iron oxide copper-gold deposits. This bridging report records the exploration work done on this group of tenure during the term 01 January 2001 to 31 October 2007. Data collected by GeoPeko was collected and reviewed. GeoPeko considered the magnetic anomaly (at one time called Explorer 71) to be interesting in view of it's proximity to the Gecko, Orlando and Olivewood proven Gold/Copper mineralisation and although testing of the anomaly with drilling was proposed at various times, none was ever carried out. No exploration work was conducted on MCC's 313 & 314 during the report period. Emmerson Resources Limited purchased Centralian Minerals Limited and all its subsidiaries, including Santexco Pty Ltd on 1st August 2006, and in the period till 31 October 2007, Emmerson has diligently worked towards listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (17th December 2007), and the employment of a CEO/MD, CFO, Exploration Manager and other administration and geological staff.
