dc.description.abstractEL 27639 forms part of FAR Resources Project which consists of 8 granted exploration licences covering 610 km2 in the Harts Range/Plenty River area of the Northern Territory, (see figure 2). The area is considered to be prospective for base metals, precious metals and industrial minerals. Work conducted in the seventh year consisted of a single field visit in which 35 rock samples were analysed for base metals and a 20 sample reconnaissance soil grid was also examined. Due to disappointing field results in the seventh year it was decided to surrender the licence at the end of the seventh year of tenure.en_US
