dc.description.abstractThe results of these analyses on core samples from Elliott 1, Walton 2, Altree 2 and Y315RD indicate that the XRD does not confirm the Hylogging results, at least for the Nacrite identifications (XRD indicates the related minerals dickite and kaolinite). The aspectral samples are identified satisfactorily, and all include coffinite, a uranium silicate. They also include minerals that should have registered spectrally, including calcite, mica, smectite and chlorite.en_US
