| Abstract: | This report covers exploration activities on the Tanami Mine Joint Venture Leases for the period 1st January 2005 to 31st December 2005. These leases are under a joint venture between Newmont Tanami Pty and AngloGold. Exploration in 2005 focussed on regional geophysical surveys. Newmont is still in the process of compiling a complete database for the Tanami Mine Joint Venture. This will now be submitted as part of the 2006 annual report. Work completed comprises:- Gravity Survey 13 Stations at 1 km spacing and TEM Survey 7 km lines at 200m spacing. |
