EL 7810 Hayward Creek, EL 10129 Alexander and EL 10311 Gibson Creek Fourth combined annual report 20 March 2004 to 19 March 2005

Abstract

Exploration licences 7810, 10129, and 10311 were acquired to search for large base metal deposits possibly associated with regional gravity anomaly centred in the southern part of the area covered by the adjoining Licences. Additional targets include Tennant Creek-type ironstone hosted Au-Cu-Bi orebodies. After an assessment of the geology and geophysics over the licence areas it was concluded that the areas showed minimal gravity and magnetic structures to warrant retaining the full licence area for another year. Hence the recomendation was to fulfil the Statutory relinquishments on all three tenements. Whilst Giants Reef did complete a review of all work completed on the area, no on-ground exploration was performed on the licences.
