Exploration during the year concentrated on further systematic diamond drilling on and adjacent to the Aurari North Prospect including holes designed to evaluate beneath Schist and Laterite uranium prospects. Additionally, the Kuroikin Prospect was revisited after three years with two holes being drilled. Several significant results were achieved from the 2002 diamond drilling including extension of the Aurari North mineralisation, an intersection at depth beneath Laterite prospect deemed as new discovery and high grade intercepts at shallow to moderite depths at Kuroikin. Based on the success of this program, diamond drilling is recommended in the vicinity of the Black Rock Fault and the Kuroikin area. Geophysical survey completed during the reporting period included TEMPEST airborne EM survey and downhole geophysical survey. Unfortunately, the down-hole geophysics has failed to identify any diagnostic physical property changes. Based on the all exploration results obtained from geophysical surveys and drilling programs up to date further investigation has been planned.en_US
