Second annual report for EL 22712, 8 August 2002 to 7 August 2003

Abstract

Exploration Licence (EL) 22712 (Stake Range) was granted on the 8th August 2001 for a period of six years. EL 22712 is located some 90km north north west of the Tanami Mine. This is the second year of tenure. During the second year of tenure work consisted of a review of all data available in the region and assessment of tenement by Newmont Exploration. A field visit was carried out to assess access into the tenement and to investigate to location of the drilling that was carried out by previous explorers. Based on the observations from both the field trip and a review of the open file data a RAB program was planned. Due to budget constraints the drilling will be carried out in 2004.
